At Fragrance Insider, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused fragrances in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and use protective cushioning to ensure the glass bottle remains intact during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal and product condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
